- Listen to your favorite music and create an atmosphere that you want to be in.
- Surround yourself with happy people that will make you laugh until the time flies by.
- The surgery was done to help you; eventually you will be stronger and healthier than you were before.
- Don't slack on your physical therapy or instructions, it sets you even further back.
